The abduction and murder of Nicola Bulley (part one)

Introduction

Given more than twenty witnesses were requested to provide testimony by Dr James Adeley over the two days, its instructive to look at individuals that were not included. In the context of a scripted cover-up there always has to be a reason for each. If it can be ascertained what this reason is, it can be just as illuminating as actual testimonies provided from those who were selected.

In the case of the barrister, Sophie Cartwright KC, the same applies but to questions that were never asked. These are equally revealing as with the individuals that were excluded by the coroner. In her case, far more so than the actual questions asked of each witness which were tailored to drive momentum on behalf of the family towards achieving the (pre-planned) final verdict delivered. You’ll undoubtedly read greater importance to what I outline once I have been able to share further blogs on the witnesses (part two) and timelines (part three), both of which expose the cover-up and should be considered in the round.

Coroner and the non-witnesses

Back on the 23^rd March in my blog I wrote the following regarding the supposed body recovery on Sunday 19^th February:

“This has to be considered a real possibility since there’s no information on the chain of custody – who collected the body from the crime scene, who handled it, analysed and transferred the body, and where it was stored. A lot can happen within 24 hours before the senior coroner had the chance of examination the following afternoon at 2.15pm. I admit I’m leaning toward the possibility of a prop later being switched with Nicola’s body if for no other reason, the manner in which it was dragged up the bank beggars belief. If it was her lifeless body, the manner in which it was being hoisted out by two individuals showed a staggering lack of due process, care and respect. There has to also be doubt as while Nicola might weigh but fifty kilograms that’s a considerable dead weight to pull up the steep bank.

This has strayed into the HOW it has all been carried out which was not my intention to go into, but that’s a sufficiently important aspect for consideration.”

Knowing what we now know about how that day was entirely staged - with Jason Rothwell and the gang having photos taken the afternoon before – I will confidently state they didn’t use her real body in the clown show itself. The pathologist’s testimony at the inquest that didn’t make reference to any signs that would indicate her body was dragged like a piece of meat up the side of a riverbank.

Since the very first goal of the inquest is to determine who has died, it’s noteworthy that the coroner made no reference whatsoever to that day’s events nor to a single person who was present on that Sunday. Absolutely nothing - not a dicky bird - about how Nikki allegedly came to be found where she was. You know why! She was never in the River Wyre.

(1)  JASON ROTHWELL

This actor and fraud had provided a lengthy written statement to the coroner. Dr James Adeley is far too switched on and naturally omitted to make any reference to it. I like to think he’d been briefed both on my blog and Ivy Unapologetically ME True Crime’s latest videos that thoroughly debunk their theatrical performance of Sunday 19th February. Zero credibility remains and these may both have contributed towards messing up this part of their grand deception for the inquest itself. A small victory perhaps but a long way to go.

Even with all the evidence presented at the inquest it can be indisputably stated that the body on which the identification and post-mortem was carried out may have come from anywhere. The one place we know it didn’t come from is the river.

(2)  PETER FAULDING

Once again here is his statement prior to the inquest to which I’ll add no commentary so as not to insult the intelligence of even the lowly amoeba.

SGI were called to assist in the search for Nicola Bulley by Lancashire Constabulary following a request for SGI by the family. SGI; headed up by Peter Faulding, are proven specialists with decades of relevant experience in underwater search. SGI operates an array of technologically advanced and cutting-edge equipment; our work is always carried out to the highest professional standards with honour and integrity and always in the best interest of the families involved putting their concerns first. Over the years, Peter and the team at SGI have located many missing persons and vital evidence bringing closure, relief and dignity to the deceased, their families, and friends whilst providing evidence for official investigations at the same time.

To clarify questions from the press and public: Since leaving the scene at St Michaels on Wyre on 9th February 2023, SGI or Peter Faulding have had no contact with Lancashire Constabulary. Regarding this case, SGI or Peter Faulding have not been requested to provide copies of the relevant side scan sonar search data, search reports, photographs or notes made at the scene and from the time spent with members of the family, friends, and police officers from Lancashire Constabulary.

Furthermore, SGI or Peter Faulding have had no contact with HM Coroner. SGI or Peter Faulding have not been requested to attend the inquiry or submit any evidence or statements for the inquest into the death of Nicola Bulley.

(3)  KEITH BARLOW

He featured in my first blog, ‘Justice for Nicola Bulley – part one’ on 18^th March. I exposed how the last 9.10am sighting of Nikki was fabricated, on which the entire version of events rely upon. Man with the white fluffy dog my arse! I’ve never let go and more recently been explicit in stating that the Barlows have information that would reveal everything. I previously presented sufficient facts to demonstrate it was all a lie and at the inquest this has now officially been confirmed in the new witness testimonies provided. As a reminder here is but one of the liars used to deceive you back then - Isla Traquair. A nasty bit of work trying to play the alcoholic card too.

We’ll come to it in the timeline (part three) yet it has been ‘verified’ by other witnesses that he was certainly in the fields all around the time of interest. He couldn’t be more relevant and judging by the inclusion of some less important witnesses, his very omission stands out. It stands out in a way that suggests to me something quite significant is amiss. More on this when we get to the timeline itself.

(4)  ANNE-MARIE FLETCHER

I’ve never referred to her before in any meaningful way. Rupert (her husband) yes, most certainly with his trickery and deceit around Christine Bowman ‘lady in red’ shenanigans. However her omission as a witness coupled with a bombshell that was dropped at the inquest raises a major red flag.

She was the individual that identifies Nikki from the phone wallpaper and she’s the one that makes the call to the school. She is also the one that Paul calls immediately on leaving the house on the way to the scene itself (once the school had called to notify him). Reasonably important in the scheme of things.

However, the most important point is Anne-Marie is the individual that provides what Lancashire Police needed to destroy Nikki’s reputation and plant seeds in people’s minds that Nikki might have thrown herself in the river due to being “high risk”. More specifically I quote DSI Rebecca Smith:

“…based on a number of specific vulnerabilities that we were made aware of, Nicola was graded as high risk”

This was always bullshit and a fucking lie! 🤬 Yet it’s all part of the brainwashing and psychological manipulation to con people by whatever means to look toward the river and the absurd ‘main working hypothesis’.

Please read this next bit carefully. We now know it was Susan Jones (a witness at the inquest) that relayed to the court that Anne-Marie had told her that Paul had in turn told Anne-Marie on the phone that Nikki “was struggling.” Spoiler alert, but while I have no doubt as to Susan Jones integrity as a witness, I don’t believe Anne-Marie. This is what I’m suggesting is the real reason that Anne-Marie was never going to be asked to appear in court.

Hold this thought until we get to the barrister below.

(5)  CHRISTINE BOWMAN (The lady in red)

Without reliving the entire fuckery engineered by Rupert Fletcher the one thing we can be sure on is she was at least 100% present that morning. All we know after all the previous media activity is the name of her dog which the media misnamed anyway - it’s Snowdrop not Snowflake - and that she didn’t see anything (least of all Nikki).

Remarkably during the entire inquest and testimonies as to who saw what and when she’s never once even mentioned. However, if you refer to the media’s best efforts to screw you over all over again her movements are now known to the minutest detail. In fact James Tozer of the Daily Mail published a new comprehensive web of deceit before 7am of the second day of the inquest which is designed to bamboozle. Good try James on behalf of Lancashire Constabulary, won’t work!

I’ve seen Christine Bowman in action and glaciers move faster than she does, which means she spent longer in the vicinity than just about anyone else (other than Keith Barlow). I mention this because if she had given her account of her actual movements together with who she did or didn’t see I can assure you their attempt at selling you the timeline they want you to now believe would fail. Still, they want to reintroduce her as a familiar reference and part of their show, thinking people are simply too stupid to see through their ruse and will fall for it all over again.

(6) WOMAN WITH A PRAM IN THE YELLOW RAIN JACKET

I won’t name her as it was never circulated and it has no bearing since she didn’t see anything and isn’t important for exposing what happened to Nikki.

However, that is precisely the point. This was the second time she was caught on CCTV that morning. Does anyone remember what time she was caught on CCTV here walking up Allotment Lane to the main road? It was around 8.40am. Which is interesting. It’s interesting because Mr Richard Fife according to DSI Rebecca Smith had apparently walked down and returned back via Allotment Lane some ten minutes after this woman, both times seeing the legendary ‘man in black’ loitering at the end of the road.

I can tell you right now what this woman did not see. She did not see this man in black for a very simple reason that I’ll leave for you to deduce for yourselves. Remember there’s a lot of theatre going on, just as before. Much more on this witness in the next blog.

Having looked at the individuals that would only have ruined their carefully scripted performance we can now turn to Sophie Cartwright KC.

Barrister and the non-questions

Prepare to be astounded but the first thing you should know about the inquest is that this woman working hand in hand with the senior coroner, Dr James Adeley, reached their verdict and confirmed to all present that Nikki had drowned in the river within the first thirty-five minutes from the start of proceedings on the first day. It was done, all over. The remaining show and parade of subsequent witnesses was only to drag it out to the prepared outcome, ruling it an accident rather than Nikki having intentionally gone into the river. I suggest you read the above paragraph again. Thirty five minutes! Finished! Gone into the river by the bench and drowned.

After the coroner’s opening spiel and the lengthy, seemingly detailed evidence provided by Dr Alison Armour (Home Office pathologist) it was done. Fait accompli! Yet it only appeared to be detailed. It wasn’t at all as relates to what happened.

DAY ONE:

(1)  No relevant questioning of Dr Alison Armour (Home Office pathologist)

• What about all these bruises (given she supposedly died instantly)? How was blood on her skin detected after 23 days decomposing? Did you test the water for sodium and chloride levels? Did you carry out any diatom*** analysis (which is about pattern matching, a bit like DNA analysis)?

[***Diatoms are some of the most important and prolific microscopic sea organisms with some 16,000 species found in sediments and solid substances in all the waters of Earth]

It was okay though. Mentioned mud a few times. Her face was covered in mud and her hair caked in mud.

The barrister’s agenda was crystal clear already as a consequence of this early whitewash. I contented myself by knowing I would be writing this up and exposing all these freaks.

(2)  No questioning of PC Thackery (police underwater search diver)

She was happy to sit through forty five minutes of propaganda (commissioned by the coroner), a video and the hundreds of photographs presented. Spells cast to imagine into existence these vertical slopes and impossible currents.

• So perhaps just the simple question of how he might start to reconstruct such a fall into the river - that has never happened and never will - or even just the observation that it’s non-tidal and still waters at this part of the river.

While all the heavy lifting had been done within the first half hour of the inquest, the remainder was all about the knack of sidestepping any obvious pitfalls which would make it so blindingly obvious the whole event was scripted to deliver their desired outcome.

(3)  No further inquiry of Helen O’Neill (local resident, the morning of 27th)

So, she heard a scream from the river and, wait for it, saw a white van going down Allotment Lane at 10am.

Nothing! Thank’s dear. Who’s next? What I imagined was going through Sophie Cartwright’s mind was something like this: ‘there’s nothing to see and if there is something to see we’re not going there because this is all a performance and as you all know from the first half an hour of today’s performance we’ve already told you how this ends and are just now stringing you along so the media have enough material to gaslight you all as they have done ever since the first day. Oh, how we laugh at you all!’

(4)  No questioning of DSI Rebecca Smith (Senior Investigating Officer)

A detailed and well-scripted timeline and version of events this time to provide the next phase in deception. Providing the appearance of a fact-based sequence of events, unable to use her preferred time-tested technique of ambiguity and obfucscation.

• Ask yourself whether it might be expected to ask the operational leader of the cover-up as to why she had just provided a timeline in direct contradiction to two of the witness testimonies. That of the written statement of Richard Fife and that of Penny Fletcher, live by video link. You’re going to have to wait until part three for the details - sorry!

• While you’re here DSI Smith, do you have anything to add on the written testimony read out in court earlier about a ‘man in black’? Or incidentally, Helen’s eyewitness account of an unknown white van on the scene at 10am?

It takes a skilled barrister with an agenda clearly set out for her to deceive an entire audience in real time, but that’s exactly what she was doing start to finish by carefully avoiding implicating anyone.

(5)  No follow up on bombshell digital evidence from DC Keith Greenhalgh (digital specialist)

The media have concealed what was really presented in court regarding the forensic information gleaned from the phone and Fitbit. In part two (witnesses) I shall clarify further as it was a total sh1tshow! It beggars belief that Sophie Cartwright had no questions of DC Greenhalgh - the last witness of the day- after which the first day of the inquest was then brought to a close at around 5.10pm.

I wrote down a final comment, or rather a question for myself, in my notes. ‘Have they just confirmed that they murdered Nikki later that morning?’

DAY TWO:

(6)  No questioning of the GP nor the Mental Health clinician

What followed the second day were detailed testimonies from Nikki’s GP and the Mental Health Clinician that was part of a team called out on 10th January. Let me emphasise it was clearly stated by Dr Theresa Lewis Leevy in closing that Nikki did not meet the criteria for a visit. More in the next blog, but for now I can tell you this was the closest point during the entire inquest where there was a danger of too much information being exposed.

• Sophie Cartwright KC was brilliant once again in her ability to not probe into what was actually said in court and they were on very thin ice here. It was confirmed Nikki was ‘tired’, ‘wanted to go to sleep’, ‘didn’t know how it occurred’, ‘couldn’t qualify this statement’.

There’s a bundle more. Not yet (🙏bottle the frustration!). My firm impression I will back up with additional reasoning in the next blog is that Nikki was not drunk at all as you’re expected to believe. For clarity this is not doubting anything the Clinician said who presented to the best of her ability and with integrity.

For now this is about exposing the two main players in the overall farce - the coroner and the barrister.

(7)  No key questions of family members

Just the highlights for now as I try to balance completeness with publishing meaningful updates on a timely basis.

• Louise Cunningham (sister). She made the callout that evening of 10^th January and subsequently stayed with Paul and Nikki for a few days until Friday 13^th January. Not a peep and no question of her as to how Nikki sustained a head injury that involved her having to attend a walk-in centre in Fleetwood on 11^th January before being referred to A&E. Bizarrely, the only thing Ms Cartwright was keen to pick Louise up on of all things was a lack of clarity that she’d made on the times of her two text messages to Nikki that Friday morning (8.52am and 9.18am), intent on ensuring it was the second of these which went unanswered. Don’t overthink this for the moment, it’ll likely be easier to understand as part of the bigger picture and cover-up. I will determine the importance of this and why it needed to be clarified for the record, because I see Sophie Cartwright for the devious individual she is.

• Paul Ansell. Here was the chance to clarify one of the most important points of the entire establishment cover-up being foisted upon everyone during the two days. His account was everything I had expected and he has remained consistent right from the start. Leaving aside all your prejudice there’s but one question that had to be asked as it’s one of the lynchpins around which everything hangs. Had he really made the comment about Nikki ‘struggling’ on the phone to Anne-Marie because if he had everything else must be challenged. This also ties in with the wider background to the ‘specific vulnerabilities’ Lancashire Police had wanted everyone to buy into.

You see objectively I can find no basis (other than because of deceitful Youtubers the brainwashed still fall for) to suggest Paul had ever sowed this seed of deception and outright lie to the police. Quite the opposite. When I write about the real Nikki it will make more sense but we can certainly agree that this is of such material importance as it will highlight a key conspirator in the abduction and murder of Nikki.

Conclusion

I needed to write this blog on the omissions to ensure you understand what we’re dealing with. A cover-up that was jointly executed by Dr James Adeley and Sophie Cartwright KC.

The immense frustration you now have from my not fully disclosing much of the additional detail is because this needs to be presented in the bitesize chunks otherwise, not having attended it would be too much to process as a whole and take weeks to download.
