Introduction
Was it something I said? [in C.O.P. review part 1]
Lancashire Chief Constable Chris Rowley has announced he’s set to retire at the end of March, having joined in April 2021 on promotion from Humberside Police, having spent all of his previous career in West Yorkshire.
“The decision to retire has been difficult, but I feel now is the right time to hand the force over to the next person, who will no doubt work tirelessly with the police and crime commissioner to continue to reduce crime and make Lancashire a safe place to live, work and visit.”
Possibly not that difficult a decision for the 54-year old as the walls continue to close in. PCC Andrew Snowden will be selecting the new chief constable to take up the fixed term post for five years to succeed him. You get the general picture.
While not one of the puppet masters, CC Chris Rowley most certainly has to be among the few in the know at Lancashire Constabulary, the futile investigation and scripted performance to top off the tragicomedy having taken place under his watch.
In other news:-
Award in King’s New Year’s Honours list - former Assistant Chief Constable Ian Dawson
Wow! The mystery man with little or no trace of his resignation reported by the media earlier in 2023, the first hint of which was only revealed to the public with his mention in the C.O.P. review on page 51:-
‘the review was unable to discuss the investigation with the chief officer who was involved in the investigation from 30 January 2023 to 5 February 2023, due to their retirement.’
Well, well, well. How the puppet masters do like to show they rule the roost.
C.O.P. review : recap of part 1
In the prior blog post, I highlighted the following:-
Editor-in-chief Dr Iain Raphael since retired😏, and his relevance in assuming ownership of the review process.
Out of sight, out of mind - the art of concealing incriminating evidence as to what has taken place (e.g. just exclude it from the review).
How the C.O.P. review gels with the scripted sonar image deception as a platform to have Lancashire Constabulary unjustly take the fall. A rework of the established good guy-bad guy negotiation routine, it being quite obvious who’s primed to be lauded as the good guy if only the Establishment can get their way and pervert the course of justice.
Very few senior police officers as saboteurs to the investigation (one less with CC Chris Rowley announcing his retirement), by which I mean those in the know fully aware this was never an incident involving a river. This in contrast to the vast majority of hard working officers duped and misdirected throughout the scheduled 23 days.
There are also four points of consideration that in my opinion are important to refer to when thinking about the C.O.P review - without which it’ll be what the Establishment intend it to be, an effective concealment of the truth.
C.O.P. review : points of consideration
(1) Designed to stand the test of time as the Establishment’s official written record of events.
(2) An organisation subject to influence/control by the Establishment, with the remit to support the false narrative as per the sham inquest and staged conclusion to the investigation phase that preceded it. A rubber-stamping exercise (with Dr Iain Raphael at the helm) with inclusion of a few bells and whistles to pass muster.
(3) Requirement for inclusion of an entire new script to facilitate the 2024 phase of the wider deception. Written and directed by an outside agency, the C.O.P. in the main unaware of playing the role** assigned to them. This being the Peter Fraudling grift expressly for the purpose of trying to bring closure to the cover-up. [PF 7th Dec: “Believe me, because they want this rubbish sorted out”].
[** the role consisting of just the single two hour meeting with Peter Fraudling on 5th September, that he followed up ‘offering more information’ by post on 27th October - a letter that forms the focal point around which their current illusion is based]
(4) Nikki never went into the river and was never recovered from the river - irrefutable evidence from many months ago - so why would the talking heads continue to promote the fantasy that maintains the river charade? 🤔 You know why 👏
Taking into account what only a few months ago was a seemingly impossible task to produce this chef-d'œuvre at all given the constraints faced, it is quite the remarkable accomplishment in some ways. It’d be easy to underestimate how difficult it is to balance truths with omissions together with lashings of artistic licence, without it sticking out like a sore thumb.
The editorial team overseeing this for the best part of 2023 were first class. Bravo to Dr Iain Raphael with 30 years experience in the Metropolitain Police to fall back on 👏(a touch of irony intended).
Never for a moment was this ever to be an independent review into the Lancashire Constabulary missing person investigation. In the same way that the inquest was never going to be about how, when and where Nikki died.
The review does however provide ample opportunity for the numerous Establishment players to create the illusion of providing insight into what lies behind the official narrative, however this is a ruse to keep people distracted and in the dark. Any claims to be ‘breaking down’ the C.O.P. review or similarly an analysis from going through it with a ‘fine-tooth comb’ is a clear indication of deceit. The review is a collosal fraud on the public.
Not a single one of the scammers would dare acknowledge the above broad points, for want of upsetting the manipulative mind control techniques and hold they have on audiences. Their gatekeeper role is to prevent justice being served and if they can drag it out over years then they will, enticed both by the lure of enhancing their profile and by making ill-gotten gains at the expense of Nikki’s daughters having spent their first Christmas without their mother.
A teaser of just one active higher-profile shill, nothing but a shameless grifter - a mouthpiece for those that navigate the real corridors of power (this posted 3rd December). ‘Come on dear, do tell us about the sonar images - we’re all ears!’😂 More to come.
There are countless techniques available to those that lack a moral compass, lots of trickery provided the core mission isn’t jeopardised. I’ve summarised this before as:
No criminal investigation, therefore no justice 🎯
C.O.P. review : scapegoating Lancashire Constabulary
Returning to this theme, at Chief Officer level the police participated in the cover-up without which the course of events couldn’t be assured to run smoothly. The choice of word (participate) is important in this context.
Former ACC Ian Dawson we now understand tactically (and somewhat covertly) retired on 5th February 2023 according to the information provided. His role can be assessed in light of his award of the King’s Police Medal for “distinguished service” in the New Year’s Honours list. A euphemism, but mum’s the word!
It might reasonably be envisaged that CC Chris Rowley will receive the same accolade for his services and continued discretion upon his retirement at the end of March. A shoo-in for 2025 then!
On the other hand, ACC Peter Lawson was not so fortunate and died suddenly at the age of 50 of ‘natural causes’ on 10th December 2023. His funeral service was held on 29th December which coincidentally happened to be the same day as the publication in the London Gazette of ACC Ian Dawson’s award.
I don’t often share a viewpoint without sufficient facts to justify it, but I’ll make an exception. In my opinion, and the review attempts to gloss over it, but it does appears as if ACC Peter Lawson took on the mantle once the show was heading but one way. He’d have been compelled to hold the line as a consequence of his position, from those that I’ll continue to refer to as the puppet masters. It’s very possible he suffered a crisis of conscience during the year for which there’s no satisfactory resolution nor escape. What’s not in doubt is that other senior former colleagues are under no misunderstanding that their ability to follow orders without uttering a word is paramount.
A carrot-and-stick approach!?
Who does that leave then? DSI Rebecca Smith in her capacity as the Senior Investigating Officer (from 30th January) retired just weeks before the review was published, with the Establishment understandably ensuring she receive a positive reference and recommendation for her future endeavours. “Competent” and “commendable” among two choice adjectives describing her participation in the cover-up, with her going above and beyond throughout the 23 days - not to mention a strong performance for Lancashire Constabulary at the inquest itself.
That leaves DCS Pauline Stables as the Head of Crime 😬 (senior to DSI Rebecca Smith during the investigation). She was quite the spokeswoman both for the family statement on 20th February and at the press conference held at the conclusion of the sham inquest 27th June. Perhaps she now regrets her recent fast track promotion up the ladder, maybe even wondering if this was all how it was meant to be?
At the end of July 2022 Pauline Stables was still a Detective Chief Inspector of the force Major Investigation Team. This means Detective Superintendent Rebecca Smith was the more senior officer for some years!
Before you know it, inside barely six months……..a hop, skip and a jump through Superintendent to Chief Superintendent and the prestige of being Head of Crime.🤦♂️
If you’re ever having a bad day, spare a thought for a potential patsy and the exploitation of career-hungry DCS Pauline Stables.
The great majority of other police officers will simply have carried out their tasks to the best of their ability unaware of the pretext for their orders. This is no different to nearly every other great deception that has been carried out from time immemorial.
While local tennis star Sgt Tom Higgs may have played a bit part there’s only so long he can capture one’s imagination and in the scheme of things he really isn’t of great importance. However, this is important:-
Lancashire Constabulary had no involvement with the set up and execution of the drama that unfolded before our eyes, nor did they have any involvement with Nikki’s death. They were unwilling participants and enforced stars of the show, who’d much rather none of it had ever happened. Not decision makers - neither the producers nor the directors of the tragic spectacle.
The entirety of the scripted C.O.P hustle that’s running concurrent with the Peter Faulding grift, is to draw the heat away from the actual perpetrators. In other words, the actual individuals accountable for Nikki’s death who devised a convoluted scheme in the first place. These same individuals have considerable clout that includes U.S. government agency support, as well as an army of social media recruits falling over themselves to assist in a deception the likes of which we’ve never been up so close and personal before.
Wrap Up
As a final example to help convey the above points, what has anyone learnt from the C.O.P. review about the land search operations? This one depicted by the helicopter flight path shown in the linked YT.
Nothing of course - it being excluded altogether. At the time it was possibly subject to a media blackout, and the only place it was subsequently referenced in any meaningful way being within my “Nicola also has links to Thornton-Cleveleys” blog post from September. Included due to the relevance and as an item of interest with Simon Booth’s nearby Fluke Hall property at Pilling (still on the market for £2 million).
In short, on the morning of Sunday 12th February Lancashire Constabulary requested helicopter support as part of a land search. It was deployed from Manchester to which it returned two to three hours later. It only came to anyone’s attention at all as the (surprised) owner of the field in which it landed posted a comment and picture on a local residents Facebook page. The short flight seen around Fleetwood lasted a few minutes and was entirely incidental to their main instructions. After taking briefly to the sky the helicopter returned to the field to pick-up crew that had been dropped off earlier, before their return to Manchester.
So much for the river. How awkward for their narrative. Same old, same old - the C.O.P. review is but a crock.
There’s so much to learn about Peter Fraudling and so as with a few of the relevant individuals to this ongoing drama, his background too deserves some scrutiny. Expect to discover a perspective on his close association with U.S. officials and more than just a pointer as to why U.S. government agency grifters run the misinformation campaign. In addition to it soon to become painfully obvious on what basis he sold his soul to the devil, it may or may not come as a surprise that there are links to BAE Systems once more. It’s a small world after all.
Thanks for reading. Much more to come.
