It’s exactly two years since the final live broadcast from St. Michaels-on-Wyre brought their mockery of a show to a dramatic close. The real story is a tip of the iceberg, behind which lies a hidden network of parasites that thrive in plain sight negatively impacting all spheres of life. An interconnected band of influential bad actors that can manipulate the vulnerable and deceive otherwise well-meaning people.
Introduction
Read in conjunction with part two, I’ll outline the legislation that determines the mechanism on police complaints process nationally. Not guidance, not rules, not mandates, not regulations but the actual legislation. In other words, the law!
(1) Surrey Police
By not adhering to legislation Surrey Police (Professional Standards Department) have acted unlawfully in efforts to meet an obligation to self-investigate a complaint referred to them by the IOPC.
It’s a sorry state of affairs if we reach a point where we empathise with police corruption, which is on the whole motivated by personal gain. Bad enough, but in this instance it’s far worse still as no personal gain can be evidenced. There’s only police malfeasance in taking instructions from third parties, no questions asked. Take a moment for the implications of this to sink in.
While it’s obviously not a good look for the police to be seen to be controlled by others, the stampeding elephant in the room is a deafening silence from the top down that such a reality is accepted as par for the course. The system as it exists today then. It must be time for a change.
I’ll set apart the respective responsibilities of the Independent Office for Police Conduct (IOPC) and the Office of the Police & Crime Commissioner (OPCC) when it comes to police conduct, as this’ll be central to help navigate going forward.
Professional Standards (PSD) want to steer the appeal process through the OPCC which they rightly envisage to be their safer bet. While the theoretical role of the PCC is to hold the Chief Constable to account we saw in part two how this is wishful thinking. More importantly, her Office isn’t the relevant review body set out by the legislation and in turn it means Complaints Manager Nick Wainwright in his role as gatekeeper, acting on behalf of Mrs Townsend, only defers an inevitable obligation for the IOPC to assume the lead.
(2) Truth Finders
The other aspect I promised to revisit from part two is a recap on how the Sojkas fit in. Together with the defendant in my High Court claim, they make up the Truth Finders team that were stood down as a unit when my 22-page Letter of Claim was issued to Jennifer Miller in Jun 2024.
Having referred to themselves as social media influencers on platforms that include YouTube, Facebook and X they were to a greater or lesser extent engaged fulltime in most aspects of the Nicola Bulley saga. It stands to reason that as protagonists to the very action I’m pursuing against the police, their role needs to be fully disclosed.
Legislation : (Relevant Review Body)
The IOPC state that ownership for adhering to the legal process lies with the police force themselves. Their right to mark their own homework is but one problem of many, however it’s the very reason they have to be directly challenged first to make meaningful, if only glacial progress.
This email dated 30th Jan 2025 received no acknowledgement, so it was then resent a week later 5th Feb 2025 to include Head of Professional Standards T/Chief Superintendent Andy Rundle on copy.
Surrey Police - Professional Standards
For the attention of Sonia Holbrook-King (Complaints Manager)
Further to advice from a representative at the IOPC, I have been directed to raise this concern directly with Professional Standards. It relates to a question as to which is really the relevant review body for appeal in accordance with Police Reform Act 2002, as updated by Police (Complaints and Misconduct) Regulations 2020.
Application for reviews have been submitted, and it currently sits with Office of the Police and Crime Commissioner for Surrey (OPCC). A submission made to the IOPC was referred to the OPCC in accordance with the attached outcome letter.
However, this case (IOPC ref: 2024/006342) was required to be carried out following special procedures since it concerns recordable conduct matters and relates to behaviour that justifies the bringing of disciplinary procedures. Further to which, the IOPC is the relevant review body (and not the OPCC).
I refer to your own Surrey Police and Crime Panel report dated 21st Apr 2022 (attached) that describes 'Police Complaints Reform.' Page 2 explicitly confirms this.
Thank you to address this and reply at the earliest opportunity
Yours Sincerely
Chris Ness
As of today’s date I haven’t heard a dicky bird from Surrey Police themselves.
Putting the question as to who drafted their PSD outcome letter from Dec 2024 to one side as it wasn’t the since retired Investigating Officer claimed, the ending made explicit the relevant review body for appeal was the OPCC. It ignored that the case had been referred to them by the IOPC in Jul 2024 to do what they do best.
This is the sole reason when my appeal was submitted to the IOPC 7th Jan 2025, it was forwarded straight on to the OPCC as the identified relevant review body.
Nick Wainwright was efficient in issuing a standard letter of acknowledgement, the last sentence of which reads:-
“In order to maintain my impartiality, I am unable to discuss your complaint directly with you but if you wish to email any further information, please do so using the contact details below.”
It won’t have been lost on Surrey Police why I’d made reference in my email to a seven page report from Apr 2022 prepared for the Surrey Police and Crime Panel.
Surrey Police and Crime Panel - Surrey County Council
This committee consists of one elected councillor from each of Surrey's twelve local authorities and two co-opted independent members.
The role of the panel is to examine the actions and decisions of the PCC (Mrs Townsend) and to make sure information is available for the public so that they can hold their Commissioner to account. Of interest, at a meeting 20th Jun 2024, the panel voted to re-elect Cllr John Robini as chairman. He served with Surrey Police from 1972 until his retirement in 2002, though continued to work as a staff member until 2016.
The above referenced report prepared for the panel in Apr 2022 was authored by none other than Nick Wainwright. It specifically sets out what the new legislation effective from 1st Feb 2020 means for the process of complaints resolution. His report sets out categories that police complaints fall into and emphasises that:-
“The OPCC therefore has a responsibility to review complaint outcomes relating to the middle category only.”
This responsibility is for “complaints which are assessed as low level in that they are not so serious that the officer/staff would be subject to criminal or misconduct proceedings.”
Oh!
PSD daren’t reply to my well-informed email, but that they passed it on to the (‘independent’😂) OPCC for Nick Wainwright to step into the breach, is almost worse. I received a letter by email 12th Feb 2025 that includes his comment: “on face value, the Relevant Review Body for your complaint should remain as the OPCC.”
Perhaps he’s suffering from amnesia, but for the time being he’s doing all the heavy lifting. Did the cat get your tongue T/Chief Superintendent Andy Rundle?
OPCC - Complaints Review
Were I to engage in ‘wild speculation’ that lawyer for the stars Ms Thompson associates me with, PSD concluded their outcome letter with a right of appeal to the OPCC (and not with the IOPC as legislation states), most intentionally.
Chief Constable Tim de Meyer recently waxing lyrical about the ‘long history of collaboration, particularly in specialist crime and operations’ between Surrey and Sussex Police. This primarily refers to their joint Major Crime Team which reminds me I’m overdue to finish the short series of insightful posts into their greatest hits.
Fortuitously, Nick Wainwright transferred into the (‘independent’) OPCC from his position as Detective Inspector for Sussex Police. His previous job title was as Head of Anti Corruption Unit, Professional Standards Department.
It just writes itself…………...
In part two I alluded to musing about “how an individual exercising free will with integrity might approach this thorny issue”, so a little spitballing to indicate how desperate their pretence is.
‘The thorny issue’
There’s before the arrest, the arrest itself, and then after the arrest.
In possession of police records obtained via a subject access request from the point of arrest, these already expose there was never an investigation - which is because the entire premise was fabricated.
The six days leading up to the arrest are more interesting by virtue of being mysterious. A subject access request for my personal information referring to the online report submitted 2nd Mar 2024 was replied to on 6th Jan 2025:-
“From the personal details supplied in your request, there is no information that the Chief Officer is required to supply you under the provisions of the Act.”
It could easily be interpreted that police resource in and around the online report submitted and subsequent finalised witness statement occurred off the books. When I say ‘interpreted’, this is what an absence of records literally is. Where to start?
Maybe a comprehensive written statement from DS Rob Way, as after all he sent a squad in the middle of the night to apprehend me.
We’ll see how former Detective Inspector Nick Wainwright gets on with all his years of expertise, and just how keen he is to have his role clearly defined.
IOPC
A question that needs asking is why it’s so important for Surrey Police to subvert the legal process to keep it from landing back with the IOPC. In my opinion it may be because Part 2 of the Police Reform Act 2002 (complaints and misconduct), as amended by Policing and Crime Act 2017, section 13B(3) reads:-
“The Commission may at any time determine that the complaint, recordable conduct matter or DSI matter is to be re-investigated if it is satisfied that there are compelling reasons for doing so.”
Naturally, the IOPC may not be thrilled with a hospital pass from Surrey Police and could be tempted to provide resistance to pursuing this course of action.
However, this would be resolved in a court of law.
Time to change tack, and having fully documented the Establishment-staged Nicola Bulley saga, I’ll provide a brief background on two of the main culprits who are the underlying cause of this significant headache for so many parties.
It takes two to tango, and the police are usually in need of a good script and willing stooges to be able to fulfil their part.
Truth Finders
The frontal lobe is part of the brain that manages thinking, emotions, judgement, self-control and memory storage among much much more. To all of you that still have a functional frontal lobe this team were possibly never taken seriously, and written off as timewasters with nothing better to do. Alas, if only it were that simple.
Hats off to the recruitment director who excelled in casting such unlikely candidates across social media to prop up the deception that surrounded Nicola Bulley. Ditch your television, as the truth is stranger than fiction.
Michelle Sojka is owner of their social media accounts and can therefore be considered as lead administrator. Since she’s married to Joanna Sojka it’s logical they travelled up and down the country from Kent to Lancashire together on many occasions to produce content for their YouTube channel. The first publicised trip to St. Michaels-on-Wyre posted all over social media was in Apr 2023, although in my opinion it was likely not their first visit.
Their venture can more readily be described via the more action-oriented Joanna Sojka and, by way of special emphasis at this point, to reiterate my golden rule is to share screenshots of material splashed all over the internet under the concept of ‘fair use.’
As an introduction, I long wondered if there was any symbolic significance to the still image above that was taken at the location where a body was widely reported to have been recovered (during a pre-scripted live media broadcast). Included within one of their Apr 23 videos when the duo were seeking to establish themselves as a team committed to investigating what really occurred, Joanna Sojka can be seen sporting a pale blue Fitbit similar to that of “the email account that was associated with that Fitbit” (quote from Michelle Sojka).
The devil is in the details. At no point was it stated to be Nicola Bulley’s account, and what’s more we can be sure it wasn’t as the data from that first morning was acquired from a third party that had stood in for her. For those who followed the story, a main handler based out of the U.S. never ceased teasing a captured audience but alas this proved to be a double-edged sword.
To clarify for newer readers, there was no discovery of a body (let alone recovery) and the events of that day formed part of a devious show start to finish, every last detail of which has been revealed. 🎪
In early Jun 2023 unbeknown to me, Joanna Sojka had subscribed to Substack to automatically receive each newly published post of mine by email. The team could continue to monitor my posts, but never once comment or like, which would have notified me to their readership. This was until 9th Mar 2024 which I describe later.
At the two-day inquest 26th-27th Jun 2023 in Preston, Joanna Sojka purposefully introduced herself to me inside the building while everyone was waiting to be led into the courtroom itself. She knew I’d be attending from a post I published two days prior and with benefit of hindsight, this wasn’t a chance encounter.
A week later 5th Jul 2023 the duo hotfooted it across to Surrey to start their modest public marketing campaign for Peter Faulding (& Specialist Group International). It’s unknown when they first made each others acquaintance.
In a scripted switcheroo it was around this time that an indirect collaborator, Luke Kelly via his Break The Ice YouTube channel (formerly known as ‘Mr Green Eyes’), assumed responsibility for building up Peter Faulding’s profile via a number of puff piece documentaries.
His YouTube patter has improved in recent months, but he’ll always remain one of a number of puppets on a string, deployed to play a role as and when required.
His puff piece documentaries were commissioned to manipulate an audience in the lead up to the absurd hoax sonar image ruse that had been planned to coincide with publication of the fraudulent College of Policing review in Nov 2023. Transparent to many, the notion that this alleged former chef so happened to be the only person on the planet that Peter Faulding confided of his “find” during his (scripted and staged) 3-day excursion (Feb 2023) in St. Michaels-on-Wyre was idiotic.
If the hoax sonar image circus act wasn’t bad enough, this also marked the start to the Sojkas hosting mockumentaries on their YouTube channel to muddy the waters about the fraudulent inquest presided over by Her Majesty’s senior coroner Dr. James Adeley. To those unfamiliar with their diabolical entertainment of Nicola Bulley’s death via livestream videos, it was Joanna Sojka who’d attended the inquest in person with whom arrangements were made with the Coroner’s office to gain access to a copy of the audio. This allowed the team to create the transcript required for their performances broadcast in the very poorest of taste.
In ordinary inquest circumstances the following applies:-
“Any use of the recording or transcript by publishing, transmitting or broadcasting in any way (including on the internet) may be contempt of court for which the maximum penalty is imprisonment.”
Some of you may recall how they were able to share the inquest audio itself (for which Joanna Sojka is responsible) with their close associate based in New Zealand. That’d be contempt of court then. Eddy Brown, a deeply troubled individual overdue being put out to pasture by his handlers.
Many were also stumped how a ‘random’ individual could circumvent guidance that specifies only a ‘properly interested person’ (e.g. a close relative) can request and be granted a copy of the inquest recording. That’s even before you consider then broadcasting it across social media in videos lasting hours. To add to this, further to a formal enquiry in Feb 2024 a Senior Information Security Officer on behalf of Lancashire County Council confirmed by email that Dr. James Adeley himself had “reviewed the information in the videos, to determine whether there has been any breach of the terms and conditions when receiving an audio recording of inquest proceedings.” Interesting.
Their considerable work on producing livestream inquest videos was sanctioned at the highest level, the only purpose for which in my humble opinion was to provide an inane distraction from the harsh reality that the inquest was nothing more than a spectacular sham. The Attorney General has authority to quash the inquest under section 13 of the Coroners Act 1988.
With my blog documenting all of this, linked collaborators were under constant pressure and it’s for this reason I suggest Truth Finders were prompted to escalate further actions directed against myself. It was seen to be all the more pressing as by the end of Nov 2023 their chicanery was being exposed in real-time, rather than having to play catch up as was the case in earlier months.
On 21st Dec 2023 I received an email from a concerned reader alerting me to a defamatory, abusive and threatening two-page publication (‘Coconut Conspiracy’) that had appeared on the internet.
In conjunction with this warning, the next day (22nd Dec 2023) the Kent-based duo also reached out to Kent Police to report a complaint for ‘Harassment - without violence.’ It goes without saying the hatchet job to intimidate me published the prior day wasn’t handed over, and it was noted on police records at the time as ‘evidential difficulties - prevent further action.’ My interpretation is that this signified to the team a better story/script would be required.
In the New Year, the Sojkas continue to discredit me by depicting themselves on social media as victims receiving police advice and that (because I write a blog) “it will now be dealt with by the police.” On this occasion I felt it necessary to communicate directly with this toxic team. As with everything, I did so in a transparent manner as evidenced by the responses below.
No reply was received and I was blocked, having been able to defeat another devious ruse (albeit not for long).
During Jan 2024 I was also being targeted by linked sock puppet accounts dedicated to wantonly libel me on social media. Unfortunately there’s no defence against these anonymous profiles that come and go, all of which have common links.
On to 27th Jan 2024, the anniversary of Nicola Bulley’s disappearance, when I’d planned for a quiet walk around St. Michaels-on-Wyre before a pub lunch at The Grapes as part of my travels up north to compete in the national indoor athletic championships held in Sheffield the following day. I never got to enjoy that lunch, and was unexpectedly encouraged in no uncertain terms to leave the village prematurely (for my own safety). Quietly minding my own business alone in the scenic fields, it was Joanna Sojka (all the way from Kent) that came to investigate as a scout who the uninvited strange man spotted in the fields might be. The shock of my life as I documented at the time, I made for as swift an exit from the fields as possible without a word being exchanged between us.
As a village it has a reasonably small footprint with only a few paths available, so I was stunned to witness many of the village role-players from the original disappearance act start to appear and make their way to the fields from their respective homes. Evidently there was to be a reunion, the details and purpose of which we’ll likely never know.
In the other corner, with the circus act between Peter Faulding and his compère Luke Kelly during Nov 2023 - Jan 2024 having fully run out of steam, the baton had also been handed back to the team to act as the lead social media marketing unit for an upcoming scripted hoax river stunt. The Sojkas got busy welcoming new members to their Facebook group, posting repetitive social media messages to pave the way for a highly anticipated return of a hero recently returned from the U.S., as part of his script to provide a solution where every other agency in the country had failed.
For those less familiar, the absurd notion is to display all other search resources as useless when compared to Peter Faulding and his team. All it takes is for a fantastical story to be created where in actuality there is nobody to find. After many days of non-stop viral media coverage, a small section is then cordoned off with assistance by local police to allow Specialist Group International to arrive onto the (preserved) staged scene to find ‘the target.’ What a world we live in!
While the team were marketing this well-planned operation set to take place 27th Feb 2024 in a quiet canal in Leicester, the team had also started a malicious email smear campaign devised to target my personal life two weeks prior (from 10th Feb 2024) albeit not getting any results.
And so to the straw that broke the camel’s back. It’ll have gone down like a lead balloon that I exposed the latest scheme less than 24 hours before it was due to be executed.
That I was also physically present on location the morning of 27th Feb 2024 to record activities on a filmset that led to this plan being abandoned, wasn’t likely well received to put it mildly. Enough for the same persistent team to introduce a masterplan to ramp up their efforts further, however without keeping a cool head mistakes will be made.
A few days later (2nd Mar 2024), the new initiative was put into motion., as thoroughly documented in prior posts. Surrey Police were recruited on a need-to-know basis and the rest is history.
Joanna Sojka’s final contribution didn’t prove to be a success. For reasons I’ll explain, in my opinion the idea was to provide Surrey Police with the authority to arrest me for a second time without a warrant for a breach of the pre-charge bail conditions (that had been maliciously set up in the first place).
The day after my release from custody (9th Mar 2024) she likes a post that notifies me (for the first time) of her obviously faux appreciation of my work. Remarkable timing.👏
Along with the continuous bashing by sock puppets accounts, designed to provoke me or at the least to try and elicit some contact from myself.
As the team were fully aware, bail conditions set included: “not to contact directly or indirectly” to ‘prevent harm’ with all team members individually named. You’re all far too intelligent for me to have to elaborate what the plan was. Unfortunately for DS Rob Way waiting in the wings for Surrey Police who may or may not have been on standby, the dangling carrot was hopeless.
A recap wouldn’t be complete without referring to a final production effort before the rug was pulled from under their feet. In the most grotesque form of entertainment, it was the same team that were to showcase the false narrative around Nicola Bulley’s dog Willow (and dog tag), and local Polish Vet, Ewelina Sasak.
…………………………..

…………………..
Needless to say their absurd livestream video broadcasts have since been deleted, in which the duo had supposedly travelled to Poland to spend time with her family. The whole thing beggars belief, as documented during Jun 2024.
From a subject access request of police records, the update in readiness to close their fraudulent case: “no evidence gathered to support a crime has occurred”, is dated 10th Apr 2024. However, action to formalise no further action wasn’t effected until nine days later on 19th Apr 2024. It’s a hell of a coincidence as it meant the same team were assured to be able to deliver their live YouTube premiere on the evening of 18th Apr 2024, while I was still effectively gagged.
The truth is so much stranger than fiction.
Wrap Up
In the Digital Age, the world many are conditioned to perceive is not as it really is. There’s an anti-human agenda which continues to concentrate all the resources into the hands of the very few. With the advent of artificial intelligence and use of algorithms, control of the population via media and collaborators of all shapes and sizes is a piece of cake.
Dialling it back to the most basic level of all, exposure of some of the intrigues may provide a useful glimpse into the mechanisms through which more complex artificial constructs are made possible. In each case a network of collaborators act to pull the wool over the audience’s eyes, but this remains dependent on people not having awareness of connections and how they conspire to deceive. While some are in plain sight, some operate behind a veil of anonymity.
A fitting example to end this post is with Joanna Sojka and ‘Matt’, the latter of which many will recall features heavily in prior posts. In any event, each role-player brings their unique gift and network of connections to the table.
Thanks for reading.🙏We must learn to better trust our intuition.

Establishment Rats in a Maze.
Part 1 The Making of a Monster.
If we are to have a serious discourse on murder and some of its practitioners, we should first broadly define our terms. Murder is the premeditated killing of one human being by another, outside the law and without official sanction. It therefore follows that the premeditated killing of one person by another, inside the law and with official permission, is not considered murder.
The powerful, wealthy, and influential stay on top like oil-slicks, by hereditament and oligarchy, rather than merit. Activities of this elite, aided by the best attorneys and tax evasion/avoidance experts and media experts are in place to deny access to the truth so few of that elite group will ever see the inside of a prison.
Little people never have easy access to the truth which is why it takes time. One obvious reason why we so enjoy the fall of such public paragons and private criminals is that it happens so seldom, but our time will come. Morality, legality and deception are chiefly decided by the prevailing ruling class in whatever geographical variant, not least because a collective morality is too unwieldy and difficult to maintain. The majority of people, rightly or wrongly, regardless of geographical location, believe that we all know instinctively what the right thing is to do in all matters simply by standing back and applying our own decisions to ourselves.
Unfortunately, most people are not positioned to do what they would like to see done to the high and mighty who invariably escape the rigours of the law as though by divine right. Notwithstanding, we continue to believe we know what is cruel or kind, selfish or selfless, fair or unfair, etc. By and large, the most common aspect of morality is compulsion, fear of crossing boundaries and doing the unacceptable. Conformity is passive, dissension demands energy and dangerous commitment.
The establishment by seeking the comfort and advantage that follows from being accepted as a normal members of society, are merely striving to have their self-opinion reinforced by others. I say to them remember the attempt to attain a consensus of good opinion simultaneously generates the envy, and therefore, the resentful vindictiveness leaving those elite to become the hunted.
Lawyers advance themselves invariably at the expense of others, for the pleasure of feeling superior to others.
Mysogony socially advances men at the expense of women and children, for the pleasure of feeling superior to others.
Those who exalt themselves through the good opinion of their superiors, do so chiefly by deferring to the judgment of same rather than relying upon their own. The people, not person, that abducted and murdered Nikki Bulley obtain as much pleasure from life as possible at the sacrifice of others, especially Sophia and Harriett.
Perpetrators sleepwalk through life without conscious awareness of their own system, if they have one at all, and are therefore susceptible of being hunted themselves. Thankfully, there are some of us who consciously resent and resist anything that conflicts with their own system of morals and ethics, especially eye for an eye. The more dictatorial the state, the less ability for individual discernment, and the greater the prevalence of self-sacrifice.

...I was immediately reminded of the video I'd been watching earlier in the day of Dr JJ Couey uncovering the sophisticated trap that was constructed for Brandy Vaughan (the US "antivax" campaigner) in the run-up to the Covid scamdemic. The mind-blowing thing is the lengths they went to, and how she was so comprehensively pulled in because they knew exactly how to target and manipulate her. She must've been a massive threat for them to put so much effort into bringing her down.
