Introduction

It’s happening. After many months of perseverance, all the tentacles of the Establishment are becoming visible to prevent a real threat to their power from taking hold. This is the first part to outline the shocking truth that’ll precipitate their upheaval.

If it were the London Marathon, we’ve entered the home stretch at mile 23 that takes runners from London Bridge, along the Embankment to Parliament Square, Birdcage Walk before finishing on the Mall in front of Buckingham Palace.

To provide easy reference for others that’ll join in the coming weeks, each post in this series will be similarly titled ‘An establishment overhaul.’ All the relevant background leading up to this has been published previously and is readily available. Going forward I’ll be documenting in real-time their struggles to keep the lid on it all.

All it requires now is for greater public scrutiny not to allow different branches of the state from colluding to conceal their secrets. Provided enough have noticed the desperate need for solutions to put the brakes on spiralling societal malaise, then we stand half a chance.

To reach the endgame there are two main themes to draw together. These consist of my pleaded claim proceeding in the High Court of Justice, and my associated complaint originally submitted to the Independent Office for Police Conduct (IOPC). Both of which originated to counter attacks on my person as a direct result of revelations published in my blog.

An update on the status of my original complaint submitted to the IOPC will follow in the next post.

High Court of Justice

Background

Acting through a solicitor and after many months of initial letters being ignored, certain parties have come to understand I wasn’t bluffing and am as good as my word.

Further to my solicitor’s final request for a preference on whether to serve the claim directly or to a legal representative was ignored, the Court was instructed to issue my claim against Jennifer Miller for libel, breach of the UK GDPR / DPA 2018 and false imprisonment to her in person on 22^nd Jan 2025.

The process requires for the Defendant to file an Acknowledgement of Service or Defence by 10^th Feb 2025.

I have to balance providing much needed transparency going forward to increase public scrutiny, whilst not prejudicing the judicial process itself.

This doesn’t restrict me from bringing to light plans that the Establishment and faithful servants have predictably cooked up in the background since the Letter of Claim was first issued 6^th Jun 2024.

At 4.45pm on 29^th Jan 2025 (last week) and on behalf of her latest new client she requests my solicitor for copies of the claim form and all previous correspondence on this matter.

As if by some miracle, having presumably dropped everything else to exclusively focus on her latest client, at 12.18pm on Fri 31^st Jan 2025 Ms Thompson issues my solicitor a scathing and defamatory letter that runs to four pages.

A decision to serve notice on my legal representative was made later the same day, which has been formalised via a Notice of change dated today (3^rd Feb 2025). I prefer to proceed as a litigant in person with only the truth as a protective shield against the threat and danger of lies and deception by those practiced in the art. While the journey so far has been a minefield, without eye-wateringly costly expert legal advice I couldn’t have navigated the opaque legal process (as is intended) to have a claim issued by the High Court of Justice.

Earlier this morning Samuels Solicitors LLP received a letter by email from myself. It advises her of my intention to submit a complaint to the Solicitors Regulation Authority for what in my opinion breaches the SRA Code of Conduct. In the spirit of complete transparency which nowadays is in remarkably short supply, my plan is to publish correspondence and the relevant Authority’s review in full in due course.

For the time being I’ll provide a broad overview of the three main aspects for complaint, starting with the least bad aspect of the letter that served as a warm up while getting into her stride. It’s the familiar vanilla rinse and repeat approach when seeking to smear someone without any meaningful foundation whatsoever. I have a comprehensive backlog of posts that would require evaluation and I can confidently state that nobody’s that fast a reader.

The nub of it is her assertion that I’ve “engaged in wild speculation of the type criticised in the mainstream media and police.” To reach this conclusion, she mainly relies on linked media articles which is interesting for someone of her calibre and expertise. To support her efforts and personalise it she does include a hyperlink to a blogpreston.co.uk article titled: ‘Blogger defeated in year-long effort to gain access to Nicola Bulley evidence.’

Ahhh, that’s me! For context, it has 21 likes as of today and when published 30^th Sept 2024 as a hit-piece by a Jamie Lopez (Editor for Lancashire Lead), it passed almost entirely unnoticed. However, the penny has now dropped.

Ms Thompson is unaware of my encyclopaedic knowledge on everything to do with the Nicola Bulley saga and therefore doesn’t realise I addressed him on X the same day it was published.

While the article struck me as pointless by contrast to some of what I’ve encountered over the months, here we are. By a spooky coincidence it’s rolled out by a top flight lawyer parachuted in by her new client, as her lead-in to paint a distinctly false picture of me.

Let’s take a closer look as it does matter. My message on X was a mild shot across the bows and sufficiently clear. I have to admit I couldn’t work out what the purpose might be at the time, but in any event he wisely chose not to acknowledge me.

In my reply I’d included a link to my (BBC) Substack post published three months earlier on 27^th Jun 2024, the first sentence of which begins: “Carl Jung’s concept of synchronicity is a marvellous thing.”

Synchronicity indeed! That’s the very same day Ms Thompson was nominated as The Times ‘Lawyer of the Week’. Also by coincidence, the second and final deadline provided to Ms Miller to provide a substantive response to the Letter of Claim to which she was advised I was open to instruct proceedings to be issued without further reference.

It was also twelve months to the day since the conclusion of the fraudulent two day inquest that I’d attended in Preston (27^th Jun 2023).

The BBC is a corrupt and perverted institution that’s not fit for purpose. Along with their trusted partners they have skulked behind the scenes in the coordination and execution of the entire ruse that culminated with their mockumentary that aired on television 3^rd Oct 2024.

Returning to the Lancashire Lead article, it starts:-

“A blogger has been handed another defeat in a year-long effort to force Lancashire Police to hand over evidence from its investigation into Nicola Bulley’s disappearance and death. Chris Ness, who writes about multiple supposed conspiracies, has no apparent connection to the late mum or her family but has made repeated attempts to gain access to information presented at her inquest…….”

A fun fact about the above misleading highlighted sentence from the article. It isn’t common knowledge, however Lancashire Constabulary officially confirmed they never investigated the circumstances of Nicola’s Bulley’s death themselves. Surprised? Instead, the Senior Coroner opened his inquiry 22^nd Feb 2023 and didn’t confirm until 16^th Jun 2023 that the Fitbit be examined to provide findings that he wanted presented from the source data that had been downloaded 27^th Feb 2023. It’s all Dr. James Adeley’s show and yes, this is reflective of the official narrative and is on public record.

Perhaps the “wild speculation” (quote Ms Thompson) is that I argued on record that the data file would have been obtained “for the specific purpose to support their working hypothesis and enable closure to the missing person investigation.” Crazy, huh?

Ms Thompson could have thrown the kitchen sink at her deceptive letter and falsely accuse me of a mad conspiracy theory in which a psychic medium ‘communicates’ with Nicola Bulley, is drawn some fifty miles from home near Oldham to St. Michaels-on-Wyre on a random Sunday morning, and magically coincides with her just bobbing along the river until she settled in the reeds. What a sick fantasy that would be……….oh, but wait. That is the official Establishment narrative brought to you by the BBC scriptwriters who wrote or co-wrote the story for their final mockumentary.

Credit to the police, the media, many local residents and even her family for their participation. Credit also to Anglo-American state agencies for playing their crucial roles.

It’s the last round before the final bell when a specific conspiracy theory will undergo an alchemical process of transformation to become conspiracy fact. However, we must leave the deception surrounding the Nicola Bulley saga that has confused so many for so long, and return to the matter at hand.

In brief, the other two main aspects from the letter include shamelessly using a blatant lie to support her client as a means to incriminate me in wrongdoing, followed up with her pièce de résistance in the form of a serious defamatory statement in support of her client. This makes Ms Thompson the first (outstandingly courageous) individual to formally stick her neck out.

Seeing as she’s the foremost expert in this field I wait with bated breath and invite her to repeat and substantiate her written remarks as I move to seek an independent review about her conduct.

Wrap Up

This has been an introduction into what I’m up against which is an evolving and escalating battle to flush out Establishment lies and deception. We deserve better.

Part two will provide an update addressing the unwanted attention received from Surrey Police last year when I can reveal yet further devastating news for them regarding their unwavering commitment to protect their clients (plural) to the bitter end. Everything is connected, but the future can be what we want it to be. Just need to stand up.
